Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, cornstarch and liquid smoke, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
  2. Pan-fry the salmon, then add the sauce to the salmon to caramelize and coat the salmon.
  3. Plate, garnish with the remaining sauce, and serve hot.
