Maple Glazed Salmon
serves 4
Ingredients
4 ea salmon fillets, serving size
1/3 C red wine vinegar
3 T maple syrup
3 t soy sauce
1 1/2 t cornstarch
1/8 t liquid smoke
Instructions
Whisk together vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, cornstarch and liquid smoke, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
Pan-fry the salmon, then add the sauce to the salmon to caramelize and coat the salmon.
Plate, garnish with the remaining sauce, and serve hot.
